My Recovery
I’ve been there and it was bad! Working as a board director in a large company, at the age of 50 I found myself at the edge. I entered a very dark place, battling not only burnout but also life-threatening illnesses.
How I Bounced Back from Burnout:
Thanks to Transformational Yoga Therapy, I recovered from serious burnout, overcame COVID jab-induced blood clots to the brain, and managed my sleep apnea. I have completely turned my life around. I live with purpose, I am happy and thrive in my personal and work life.
Despite never being 'into' yoga, I was desperate to heal. This powerful method helped me reclaim my mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being, and now I’m sharing the same transformational tools with you through RecoverMe™ .

Kajal has curated a highly nutritious plant based lunch for our group to enjoy. As you have come to expect from Kajal, the lunch will look as good on the eye as it is to taste. The perfect end to a morning that feeds both the body and mind.
