with Kajal and Pauli - Dalyan, Turkey
Kajal and I have been running wellbeing retreats in Turkey since 2018 and we've designed a beautiful yoga wellbeing retreat week for individuals, couples and friends to attend in Dalyan.

The intention of our retreat is to help you refocus on yourself by disconnecting from your hectic home and work life.
​
Both Pauli and Kajal have deep knowledge, and the expertise to help with a range of issues, such as chronic stress, anxiety, poor sleep, exhaustion and burn-out. We're also well known for our relationship coaching and helping with grief and loss. This is a week in support of your strengthening your mental health and wellbeing.
We've all had an immensely challenging three 'covid' years, so we're inviting you to put yourself first and join us for wonderful break consisting of transformational yoga therapy classes, breath coaching, pranayama and guided meditations, with the addition of activities to help deepen your connection and bonding with yourself, or as a couple.
The intention for week is for grounding and balancing with work on awakening your chakra's. We'll be aiming to let go of anything that does not serve us, whether that be mental, physical or emotional issues.
Naturally, we'll be focusing on your overall health and wellbeing through the transformational yoga therapy methodology Pauli teaches. We'll also have a lot of fun, laughter, enjoyable trips throughout the week.

OUR YOGA LODGE
Kajal and I have selected a lovely 15 bedroom yoga lodge, set in the beautiful countryside surrounding Dalyan. We have exclusive use of the lodge, so we can be assured of privacy as a group. The lodge is surrounded by orange and pomegranate farms, and is family-run with rooms, suites and bungalows ​enjoying panoramic views of the surrounding hills, forest, mountains and swimming pool​.

YOUR ROOM
There is a choice of 3 types of room, Bungalows, Garden rooms and Twin room suites.
All rooms are en-suite, with balconies, have air conditioning, fridges, tea and coffee making facilities.

DINING
We are serving a healthy Turkish breakfast / brunch as part of our accommodation price. A BBQ lunch is serviced on day boat trip. And then you have the freedom to choose when and where you eat. Our lodge provides a lovely choice or you can take the short taxi ride to town to choose from the many restaurants it has to offer along the river and in the back streets.

ITINERARY
Itinerary - your retreat week will consist of:

8-9.30am: Transformational Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation
10.00: Brunch
11.00am until 5pm: Free-time for relaxation or excursions (you choose)
5pm: Evening Yoga, Meditation or Breath Coaching
7.30pm: Dinner

ACTIVITIES
We have organised a range of optional free activities through the week, such as undertaking periods of mindfulness and journaling. We'll also try out beach yoga and we are treating you to a wonderful boat trips where you will discover the stunning Dalyan river, Koycegiz Lake and the world famous 4km long Iztuzu beach.

Our boat trips are private hire and exclusive to our small group.
​
This is a wellbeing break - just for you - so you determine the pace of the week during your free-time.
