Grand Master Pauli: Grand Master of Yoga Therapy

After weeks of intensive 1-on-1 training in India, I’ve achieved the title of Grand Master of Transformational Yoga Therapy!


This journey has been nothing short of life-changing. Through the ancient art and science of yoga as a therapeutic practice, I’ve learned to self-heal on a deep, holistic level.


This isn't the kind of excessive body bending yoga you find scrolling through social media—its a focused therapy, meaning it’s accessible, achievable and profoundly effective.


Thanks to this powerful methodology of self-purification and rebalancing both body and mind, I’ve personally recovered from significant burnout and tackled serious health challenges head on, including blood clots in my brain and jugular vein, triggered by the COVID-19 vaccine. I attribute my remarkable progress and recovery to this life-enhancing system.


They say the best therapists are those who have walked through the fire themselves and learned how to heal.

I truly believe that’s what drives my passion to help others heal. Having faced dark moments in my own life, I now dedicate myself to guiding others through their healing journey, with the confidence that recovery is possible.


Over the past few years, alongside my own daily practice to support my physical, mental, and emotional health, I’ve focused working with individuals facing severe anxiety, chronic stress, insomnia, burnout, and addictions. My breath coaching alone has reached over 1,000 people, helping them build resilience, prevent burnout, and manage the triggers that can lead to relapse. Mastery over the breath is a profoundly powerful tool for self-regulation.


Moving forward, I will continue helping ordinary folk like you and I recover from the sort of physical, mental, and emotional challenges we inevitably all face.

Continuing to focus on recovery from the symptoms of anxiety, insomnia and burnout - I am hosting several Transformational Yoga Therapy Retreats in 2025. The first will take place starting 4th May 2025—the intention is small, focused, and highly effective intensives lasting for a week. And don’t worry if you’ve never done yoga before. This is a therapeutic practice designed for everyone, regardless of experience! If you’re interested, drop me a message.


As Grand Master of Yoga Therapy and Meditation, I will also be offering accredited yoga teacher training up to the 200-hour level, helping teachers carry forward this transformative therapy practice.


I know we’re only just entering October, but I’ve got a feeling 2025 is going to be an exciting year.


My final message to you is this: No matter how dark or desperate things feel right now, there is light at the end of the tunnel, even if you can’t see it yet. To reach it, you need to take that first step—whether small or bold—and move with purpose toward it. That’s how you’ll reignite the light in your life.
