Yoga Breathing is a safe and fast way to relieve stress, anxiety, boost digestion, balance your energy, improve sleep and boost confidence.

No experience of any kind is needed. I take a very simple, science-based approach that is effective for everyone.

As a certified YOGABODY® Breathing Coach, I offer a proven methodology that enables you to manage and control your nervous system using the power of your breath.

Breathing is different. It’s fun and easy to practice. Yoga Breathing gives you a mental focus, and the practices are short and potent. It's easy and fun and it's for every body, every age and gender and instead of dodging daily breathing, students look forward to it!

 

With breathing practice, it puts you into a meditative state automatically. You can do it anywhere and at anytime of day and night to get the nervous system calm, relaxed and balanced.

  • Greater awareness and practical tools to manage and control the immediate and long term impact of stress on your body and mind. 

 

During the course - you will learn about

  • the anatomy of breathing

  • what’s going on in your body and the harm stress is causing you  

  • A range of powerful breathing techniques that are immediately effective for a range of scenarios

1-1 Yoga Breath Coaching Masterclass - Course 

 

Private Breath Coaching Clients - 1-1 In Person or Online

 

I create individualised, solution-oriented sessions to help you with stress management, sleep disorders, anxiety, overwhelm and digestive problems.

 

The typical breathing client program is spread over 3 weeks and includes an initial consultation, followed by live weekly session (in person or virtual) combined with daily assignments to practice between sessions.

​

Suitable for anyone wanting to learn how to control and manage their nervous system, stress and anxiety.

​

Cost - three week program (x1 initial consultation, 2x coaching classes + daily home practice programme)

​

  • 1-1 Private Client - initial consultation: £95.00

  • 1-1 Breath Coaching Course - Two Online Sessions: 225.00

Workshop for Offices, Fitness Centres & Yoga Studios 

 

Workshop-style breathing sessions can be very effective in a variety of settings for offices and fitness centres.

 

My 60 or 90-minute experience includes four parts:

  • Introduction

  • Lecture

  • Practice

  • Questions

 

Location: Experiential workshops can take place via Zoom and live in offices, yoga studios, fitness centres, live events, festivals and conference venues.
